When I stay in camps managed by NCS, I know to expect excellent quantity of food (higher than expected) and quite healthy – but not ridiculously so! It’s not gourmet food in camp – but it’s not expected – its appropriate food for feeding the masses – 70% who are men and working 12 hour shifts of hard labour in the mines.
As a visitor to NCS managed camps – I know that the quality of food is consistent and in great supply, their kitchens and mess are spotlessly clean, and their staff are clean, friendly and seem very happy. - read more from Andrew Marshall
