NCS Properties focuses on construction, maintenance, property development and management services on Lihir Island. The company is wholly owned and managed by NCS Holdings Limited.

In 2005, NCS Properties completed its first project, the construction of DY Camp on Lihir. Since then it has developed quickly into a full service construction company with team of over 100 skilled tradesmen.

NCS Properties owns and manages a number of developments on Lihir and in Port Moresby.

For Lihir Gold Limited

Construction Case Study: 100 + 500 man camp – Lihir 2005

NCS was commissioned in 2005 by Lihir Gold Limited to design and construct a 100-man camp.

The camp included single-man quarters, self-contained senior staff quarters and recreational facilities. The project was completed early and within budget. On the back of this success, NCS Construction were awarded a tender for the design, construction and operation of a 500-man camp which included single-man quarters, senior staff quarters, kitchen and dining facilities, recreation rooms, laundry, security and administration buildings. Again, we completed this project well within the allotted time frame and budget.

Reflecting growing confidence in NCS Construction’s project management skills, we have been awarded a number of other building contracts, including a variety of projects on Lihir.
