• 9 operational sites nationwide with NCS supplying Catering services across all sites for 1200 Military personnel.
• The supply of foodstuffs to HMPNG Ships and non NCS manned defence establishments
• The Management of the Commanders Officers Mess located at Murray Barracks located in Port Moresby
• Private Functions with comprehensive menus and wine lists were clients are well catered for, both Government and the Private Sector
