NCS Training, though it’s Centre for Excellence, is committed to providing meaningful, quality training to all company employees. Training for NCS employees is well structured and uses quality training packages and systems which encompass all areas of our company's core business.

Employee access and equity

The NCS Training Department applies access and equity principles and provides appropriate information, advice and support services that assist employees / students to identify and achieve desired outcomes. This may include reasonable adjustment in assessment as required to meet specific needs in relation to literacy, numeracy, physical, social or cultural barriers.

NCS have in place, guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and have equal access to education.
