NCS recognises the importance of trade skills for our workforce. Through external training providers, our apprentices and trainees receive high quality training to both Papua New Guinean (PNGQF) and Australian (AQTF) standards.

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

Delivered by the renowned William Angliss Institute based in Melbourne, Australia we have qualified over 30 of our young chefs.

Certificate III in Catering Operations

Delivered by the Australia-Pacific Training College (APTC), the program reflects our company's core business in bulk catering services.

Certificate II in Hospitality

This program covers two hospitality streams which include Food and Beverage service and Accommodation/Housekeeping.
